With World Discovery Travel Network, all founders/directors could bring together their wide experience and business networks to frame Thailand’s first independent travel wholesale and distribution organization.

As this global industry addresses the changes wrought by the extremely volatile environment, World Discovery Travel Network too, kept pace by augmenting its management team and refining its modus operandi to ensure it more than meets the expectations of its principals.

With our latest development on regional expansion in early 2009,  World Discovery Travel Network , will expand its based through SEA countries with new registration of  company under the name of World Discovery Travel Network (Thailand) with further plan to partnering with other travel trade marketing in the region under the same identity of each respective countries.

Pote has more than 20 years in airline sales and retail & tour operations. Pote was most fortunate as his learning curve was comprehensive and thorough when he underwent stints with international companies such as :
Canadian Airlines International as Manager Thailand and Southeast Asia
China Airlines as Sales Manager
Cunard Lines as General Manager
Tourism Canada as General Manager
Pacific Leisure Group as General Manager     

As a Masters in Tourism Marketing (Msc.) graduate from University of Surrey,UK, Pote sits on the advisory committee of Rajaphat University’s Faculty of Tourism and Hotel.

Pavin Sachaphimuk, owned and operates the largest ticketing wholesale services with 7 outlets under Nancy Tours. Nancy Tours has been Top 3 Best Seller for most airlines over the past decade.  Pavin now has slow his activities and going to his retirement process.

Surachart Boonviriyalai, who owns and operates Oscar Holidays, an innovative incentive and special interest group operator. Oscar Holidays holds a substantial share of Thai group movements to the Middle East

Dan Yeung, an American Chinese, with extensive experience in both outbound and inbound operations in Asia and the North American markets. Dan owns Joyful Holidays(Thailand).

    Early 2004, HKTB, Asia’s leading National Tourist Organisation found it critical to appoint a credible representative to engage the market at a level commensurate to its potential of traffic to Hong Kong.  WDTN has been appointed to perform full marketing activities and consult with HKTB Regional Director of both long and short term planning. 

    Hong Kong Disneyland – Representative - Thailand
    A World known Theme Park has started its fun unleashed in Asia in Late 2005.  Besides the Theme Park original concept, Hong Kong Disneyland also offered choices of 2 in-park hotels, Disney

    Hollywood and Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel with total of 1,000 rooms.  Hong Kong Disneyland has been appointed WDTN to be their marketing representative with dedicated team of staff to perform marketing functions through Thai Travel trade and consult with their team back in Hong Kong.
    WDTN was the first appointed representative of Hong Kong Disneyland in Asia and by far, the only representative in Southeast Asia
     
    Space Adventures Washington D.C
    The first and only Space Tourism company appointed WDTN as a regional GSA for S.E Asia.  The product has been successfully launched with immediate revenue sales in Thailand and will be rolling out in other S.E Asia countries in 2004.
